Homemade Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream


A delicious way to use fresh strawberries from your local farmer's market...
this strawberry cheesecake ice cream just screams summer!

Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Stuff You'll Need:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup fresh pureed strawberry 
1 cup half & half
a handful of crushed graham crackers (optional)


Let's Play!
1) Blend all ingredients until smooth. Chill for at least one hour. 
2) Pour the chilled ingredients into an ice cream freezer & freeze according to the manufacturer's directions.
3) Fold in crushed graham crackers & enjoy!
