S'mores Ice Cream Pie

You don't need a campfire to make this scrumptious dessert.

This pie embodies the essence of summer- ice cream AND s'mores!

Hooray for summer and s'mores ice cream pie!

Stuff You'll Need:

-a graham cracker pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

-3-4 Hershey's Bars

-2-3 handfuls of mini marshmallows

-vanilla ice cream

-graham crackers, chocolate pieces & whipped cream (for garnish)

Let's Play!

Remove ice cream from freezer allowing to soften slightly.

Chop candy bars and mix in with ice cream along with the mini marshmallows.

Pour mixture into crust. Cover with foil and freeze until hard, 1-2 hours.

Cut slices of pie and garnish with whipped topping, graham cracker & chocolate.

Serve & enjoy!
