Pots de Creme au Chocolat

I like to challenge myself when it comes to baking. So, when I discovered that pots de crème was a French dessert I immediately thought to myself, "Okay, this will be tricky." Well, it's actually the complete opposite and anyone can make these rich, creamy, chocolatey cups of heaven. (I guess I have to find another challenge.) Pots de Creme , pronounced “Pawts deh Creem”, means "pots of custard" in French and are traditionally served in little porcelain cups with lids. But, you can put the pot de creme in just about anything you want. (I used my vintage glasses for a pretty presentation.) You only need 5 ingredients to make this dessert. Yes, 5 that's not a typo and a blender. I told you anyone can make these! I just love the name, Pot de creme au Chocolat .
