Easy Blueberry Pie Pops


You'll Need:
- a perfect pie crust
- blueberry pie filling
- lollipop sticks
- 3 inch cookie cutter
- flour for work surface
- 1 egg, beaten
- turbinado sugar

Let's Play!

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Using a 3 inch cookie cutter, cut out circles on rolled dough. Place dough circles onto a parchment-lined pan. Lightly press a lollipop stick into the center of the circle. Add 1/2 teaspoon of pie filling. Place dough tops and start crimping edges with a fork. Brush tops with egg and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on cooling racks before enjoying.
